Winter is here, and with it comes the need for cozy, functional activewear that can withstand the chilly temperatures. Whether you’re heading out for a brisk morning run, hitting the slopes, or just running errands, having the right winter gear makes all the difference. Let’s dive into my winter activewear favorites!
Winter Activewear
Insulated Leggings
A good pair of thermal leggings is essential for any winter workout wardrobe. Look for options with fleece lining for added warmth. Here are my favorites. They are water-resistant and fleece lined. A great pair for outdoor winter activities.
Long-Sleeve Base Layers
Base layers are the foundation of any cold-weather outfit. Choose moisture-wicking materials that will keep you dry during intense activities. This white long sleeve is good!
Insulated Jackets
A high-quality insulated jacket is a must for outdoor winter activities. Opt for lightweight yet warm options that won’t restrict your movement. The soft shell jacket above has a 3-layer technology that ensures warmth without the bulk. Available in a wide range of color options.
Thermal Hats
Keeping your extremities warm is essential. Carhartt beanies are some of my favorite when winter comes! I actually opt for the men’s fit in these beanies. I find they are more flattering when I wear my hair down.
Fleece-Lined Pullover
A fleece-lined pullover is perfect for those in-between weather days or as a layering piece under a heavier jacket. Throw on with a pair of joggers and you have one of the coziest winter activwear outfits. View some of my other favorite pullovers here!
Winter Activewear Accessories
If you enjoy activities like skiing or snowboarding, I highly recommend getting some good winter accessories! Some of my must-haves are wool socks, a neck gaiter, ski mittens, ski goggles, and insulated overalls!
