Packing for vacation should feel exciting, not overwhelming. A “capsule suitcase” is a small collection of versatile pieces that mix and match easily, giving you plenty of outfit options without packing your entire closet. Down below, I share with you my favorite tips on how to create a capsule wardrobe for vacation.

White, black, denim, olive or navy. Then add one or two accent colors for variety.

1 comfortable walking shoe (sneakers or flats)

1 sandal or dressier option

From these pieces alone, you can easily create 15–20 outfit combinations just by switching up shoes, layering pieces, and accessories.
